1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Liftwork website at liftwork.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

Liftwork is an AI-native advertising agency that plans, executes, and measures paid and programmatic advertising for brands. You can reach us at hello@liftwork.com.

3. The Site is not the services

The Site describes our services and lets you contact us. Advertising services themselves are provided only under a separate written agreement between Liftwork and the client, and nothing on the Site creates a client relationship, an offer, or a guarantee of results. Content on the Site, including sample charts, maps, and dashboards, is illustrative and does not represent any specific client or outcome.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no interfering with its operation, probing or breaching its security, scraping at disruptive volume, misrepresenting your identity in submissions, or using the Site to send unlawful, deceptive, or infringing material.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the Liftwork name and marks — belong to Liftwork or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the Site for evaluating our services. Third-party names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

6. Submissions

When you contact us through the Site, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you may share it. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party links and platforms

The Site references third-party advertising and analytics platforms and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and their terms and privacy practices govern your use of them.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Content on the Site is general information, not professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liftwork will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100).

10. Changes

We may update the Site and these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
